We aim to delivery products to you within the time period set out below. However, we cannot give an exact time and date.
 
Free delivery is for orders over £35. This offer will be applied automatically at the checkout.
 
Delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland is at a standard charge of £3.00 and usually takes between 2 - 3 working days for orders to be delivered with Royal Mail Tracked delivery. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.

Next day delivery is £4.95 and is only available for UK mainland with City Link couriers. Orders must be placed before 4p.m from Monday to Friday only. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of express deliveries. Please call +44 (0) 207 346 0117 before you place your order and state that you would like next day delivery.
 
No delivery at weekend and Bank holidays.

Returns Policy

Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be reported immediately within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us by email contact@sassandbelle.co.uk or quote 'Sass and Belle' when calling +44 (0) 207 346 0117 (Monday to Friday from 9a.m to 5.30p.m) if you have any queries.

Please return goods in their original condition and packaging, repack them to make sure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

Please note that if you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable.

Your delivery note must be required as proof of purchase.

You will be informed by email once the parcel is received and the refund has been processed.

We will either refund back to your original method of payment or send replacement within 48 hours of notification.

We may sometimes require the item to be returned before sending out replacement or refund.
