One of the many reasons we love Autumn is because of the beautiful colours. Leaves fall turning the ground gold, amber and pink! We’re often wondering how the end of a summer can be so beautiful and colourful. In honour of this, and to pay homage to this year’s trend of bringing the outdoors in, we got creative making mini autumnal-inspired bouquets. They’re super easy to make and a great way to bring some autumn cheer in the home. Sass & Belle’s resident Visual Merchandiser, Caitlin, is not only incredible at creating eye-catching window displays, but she knows a thing or two about floristry as well. Here she shares her tips and tricks with us and shows us, step-by-step, how to make perfect mini bouquets in autumn shades.

We would be lying if we said Sass & Belle HQ don’t love a cocktail or two. Anything tropical-inspired that reminds us of warm summer evenings, we’re on board! If it quenches our thirst in the process? Then all the better! Inspired by our super summery Tropical Summer collection, we’ve created two types of cocktails, one with alcohol and one without. It’s so fun getting crafty at Christmas and at Sass & Belle we love a DIY or two! Homemade things always go down a treat and people appreciate the thought and effort that goes into a creation. This year we thought it would be super fun (and surprisingly easy) to make our Christmas crackers and we were right; it was both simple and more importantly enjoyable. Read on to learn how to achieve this and simple and effective craft idea which will brighten up the table.

During the summer we had some beautiful origami cranes taking pride of place in our Sass & Belle store windows. Made from our delightful wrapping paper (which you can buy here), they proved to be very popular with customers and passers-by! We had people bartering, buying and begging us to show them how to make these beautiful decorations. Here we have a step-by-step video showing how easy they are to make.
