As described, we'll packed, safely delivered, given as a pressie, and they are very happy.
The cup I got is an entirely different yellow colour. The website shows a sunny, vivid, yellow. The one I got is a very, very pale yellow. Customer services said this is flagged with a disclaimer on the website due to being hand finished. I get hand finished, I dont get it being okay to be an entirely different colour. I would say it is simply a lack of quality control. Customer services sent a replacement but it was also very pale, washy yellow. Not great.
