SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS & CONDITIONS

User Generated Content (UGC) #SBStyle

By responding to our request on Instagram with the hashtag #SBStyle you agree to the following:
You grant RJB Stone Limited, trading as “Sass & Belle” (“Sass & Belle”) a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to use any photos and moving content in relation to which you have responded #SBStyle (“Social Media Content”) for its marketing and/or in its advertising. This includes our website, social media, along with our paid social media and other customer communications. You will retain legal ownership of any rights you own (including copyright) in your Social Media Content and will always be credited when it is used. 

You confirm that: (i) You own all rights to your Social Media Content;  (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Social Media Content to grant the rights set out in these terms; and (iii) Sass & Belle's use of your Social Media Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. Sass & Belle are not under any obligation to pay you for any use of your Social Media Content in connection with the uses described above. Sass & Belle and any person acting on Sass & Belle's behalf are not responsible for the use of your Social Media Content, as described above and you will be responsible for fully compensating Sass & Belle and any person acting on Sass & Belle’s behalf for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your breach of these terms. 

Each Competition is offered by Sass & Belle and has no affiliation with any social media platform. 

1.1 No entries received after the closing time will be eligible to win a prize.

1.2 In order to enter a Competition that is only run online you must have an Internet connection and in order to enter a Competition that is only run through a social media platform, you must have an account with that social media platform.

1.3 Should the prize for a Competition be unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. There is no cash alternative available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Sass & Belle, the prize will only be awarded to the winner.

1.4 In addition to your social media user name handle being shared on social media if you win, we may ask you to participate in wider publicity in respect of the Competition (but you are under no obligation to agree to take part in this wider publicity). 

1.5 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.

1.6 Sass & Belle reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:

1.6.1 Verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age (if the Competition has age restrictions) and place of residence); 

1.6.2 Disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Competition or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter reasonably believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.

1.6.3 Disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf; and

1.6.4 Disqualify any participant posting an entry or a comment to Sass & Belle's social media platforms from time to time that is, in Sass & Belle's reasonable opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants, fans of Sass & Belle or directly aimed at Sass & Belle, or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.

1.7 All terms relating to this Competition are legally binding and subject to English and Welsh law.
