The product was very well wrapped. However one "arm" was slightly bent which I had to force straight again. And the entire brass piece was spinning loose, so I had to cut through the black foam on the bottom to tighten the screw so it would hold in place. The product is nice, but the presentation and condition it was delivered in was sloppy and made it feel cheap.
