Sadly white powdery stuff from the rose garlands covered my hands when handling the rose garlands to put up to display and the powdery fall off had a not good smell. Just hoping that now displayed the powdery stuff does not continue to fall and that it is safe and does not cause health problems..Very beautiful I love garland but do not like the powdery fall off
