Delivery & Returns
UK Standard Delivery
All orders within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) over £35 are eligible for free standard delivery. UK orders below £35 are charged £3.49 for delivery.
We usually despatch standard delivery orders within 2-4 working days and we advise you to allow a further 2-3 days from despatch to delivery. Standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked Delivery service and a signature will be required to confirm the receipt of your order. Large items may be sent by courier, we will contact you if this is the case. If you haven't received your order please allow 10 working days before contacting us.
UK Next Day Delivery
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order before 2pm and opt for Next Day delivery at a cost of £5.95. This is available for UK mainland only and excludes the following regions: Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highland and Republic of Ireland. Any Next Day delivery orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will take an additional day to arrive. We do not offer a Saturday delivery and so Next Day delivery orders placed on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will arrive Tuesday. Next Day delivery orders are sent via DPD and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order.
Our International delivery service currently applies to all countries within the EU at a cost of £9.95 and selected countries outside of the EU at a cost of £11.95. We use a variety of couriers for International shipments and a signature may be required to confirm receipt of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days, and deliveries within Western Europe take approx 3-5 working days from dispatch to delivery, all other locations may take up to 7 working days. Please allow 12 working days for European orders and 14 working days all other International orders to arrive before contacting us regarding missing orders.
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to the USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Russia or parts of Asia.
Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within 30 days of receipt. This applies to orders placed in store and online.
For website orders:
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
If your item is faulty damaged or not as expected please contact us first, either by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0)207 346 0117 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product we will refund the postage charge.

For store orders:
Since products are bought on a 'as seen' basis, we cannot accept responsibility for any breakages caused after purchase. For genuine faulty products please either return to us in store, or contact either the store you purchased from, or our customer services department and they will advise you.
If you change your mind about a product it must be returned to us in the condition it was purchased in within 30 days of the date on the receipt.
All items returned in store will be offered either an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns from online orders at our stores and vice versa.
