Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and RJB Stone Ltd, trading as Sass & Belle.

All products sold by RJB Stone Ltd are sold under the brand name 'Sass & Belle'. 

RJB Stone Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company no. 03469752, VAT No. GB 710 698 629. Our registered office is 5th floor, 89 New Bond Street, London W1S 1DA, England. 

1. Contract of Sale

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase a Sass & Belle product, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order. 

The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products from the order, not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the Dispatch Confirmation email, have not been purchased and paid for. 

The ownership remains with RJB Stone Ltd until the complete payment of the order has been made. 

2. Prices & Availability  

All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout.

Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

All displayed products are subject to availability - we do display real time stock information on our website, however we also take orders offline and so we cannot always guarantee availability of items particularly when stock is low.  You may still order out of stock products if we have more on order - you will not be charged for these until we dispatch them.

3. Delivery Charges 

Orders will be subject to usual VAT charges (for customers within the UK and those within the EU who are not VAT registered).

Mainland UK delivery

Delivery cost is £3.50 for orders under £35 within UK mainland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We offer FREE delivery within UK mainland for orders over £35

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be received for your order before it is dispatched. While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

5. Returns

6. Display on the Website

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

All products are sold as one piece and the price displayed is for one unit, unless otherwise stated in the product name that the product is a set and contains multiple pieces.

7. Use of Cookies 

This website uses two kinds of cookies - these are small files that are stored on your computer or mobile device as you browse certain web pages - most websites use some kind of cookie data in order to work properly.

Session cookies are temporary cookies that only remain for the duration of your website visit.  We use these mainly to keep track of whether you are logged in or out, and what items are in your basket so we can keep them there for your next visit (up to 7 days).

Persistent cookies remain for much longer and use these mainly for analytical purposes so we can track how our customers are using the website in order to improve our service to you.

Cookies do not store personal information such as credit card details and we will never use cookies in relation to your personal information.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.


Sass & Belle Code of Conduct: 

Sass & Belle is committed to working exclusively with partners who share our basic principles. It is important both for us and our customers that goods are produced in an ethical and responsible manner. Our expected minimum standards of conduct are based on the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code, which is summarised below: 

 All our suppliers are required to sign our declaration of conformity with this code. We ask suppliers to keep us updated with their latest auditing reports and encourage them to act as quickly as practically possible to address any areas of concern. We also expect all resellers and distributors of Sass & Belle products to adhere as a very minimum to these same guidelines. 

Employment is freely chosen: There shall be no forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour, and workers shall be free to leave their employer after reasonable notice. 

Freedom of association: Employers shall respect the right of workers to lawfully join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining. 

Working conditions are safe and hygienic: Employers shall take all reasonable steps to minimise safety hazards in the workplace and maintain hygienic facilities for employees. 

Child labour shall not be used: There shall be no recruitment of child labour, being defined as children under 15 years of age or older if prescribed by national law. Duties assigned to workers less than 18 years of age shall take into account their young age. 

Adequate wages are paid: Wages and benefits shall at a minimum meet the national legal standard. They shall allow employees to meet their basic needs and to provide some discretionary income. 

Working hours are not excessive: Working hours shall not exceed national legal limits, and all overtime shall be voluntary and compensated at a premium rate. 

No discrimination: There shall be no discrimination towards hiring, compensation, promotions etc. on the basis of factors including but not limited to race, religion, gender, age and disability. 

Regular employment is provided: To every extent possible, work performed must be on the basis of recognised employment relationships established through national law and practice. 

No harsh or inhumane treatment: Workers shall not be subjected to any form of sexual or other harassment, physical or verbal abuse, or any other forms of intimidation. For further information please visit

Plastic is not fantastic! In 2018 we decided to try to keep the planet as safe as the parcels you receive. Swapping our protective inner packaging to a plastic-free alternative and switching to a 100% biodegradable packaging tape that can be easily recycled. Super cool, right?

Throughout our business, we are passionate to prevent pollution and reduce our carbon footprint within our supply chain and business operations. We are also committed to encouraging the principle of 'reduce, re-use, recycle' within our company values and employees.

We know we're not perfect, but we are on a journey to make our practices and procedures more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
