We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased from If you bought the item from one of our stockists, we advise you get in touch with them directly.

When a promotional offer or discount (such as a 10% off code or a 3-for-2 offer) is applied to more than one product, the total value of the promotional offer is split and shared across each product in the correct ratio. If an item or part of the order is returned, you will be refunded the relevant correct value.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any orders outside of the UK at the moment.

Please note that over the festive period our delivery timelines differ slightly. Check the below table for the last chance for guaranteed delivery using our different delivery methods.

Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time. Large items may be sent by courier, we will contact you if this is the case.

Changed your mind? 

If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your returns slip within 30 days of receipt and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.

Damaged item? 

If your item is faulty or damaged write to and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.

Note that:

Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, and vice versa.

In order to have postage costs refunded, the parcel must be returned only by standard delivery. We advise you to keep the postage receipt until you receive your refund if applicable.

When returning any item/s that are part of a Special Offer, the discount will no longer be applicable, and your refund amount will be subject to these terms.


If you change your mind about a product it can be returned to us, in the condition in which it was purchased, within 30 days of the date on the receipt. For faulty products please either return to us in store, or contact our customer services team and they will advise you.  All items returned in store will be offered either an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
