Service in terms of delivery and packaging was lovely. No complaints.
However my issue is more regarding the product itself. I had the digger water bottle (for kids) which I managed to drop from the car.
I then decided to by a replacement and also purchased the Tractor water bottle on the buy one get one half price offer.
It's been less than a week and the Tractor bottle has rolled from the bag and broken, not even dropped.
This is frustrating as I believe these are the children's bottles, definitely does not with stand childrens drops and bumps.
I order 4 water bottles for my children.
One arrived cracked but a replacement was sent out quickly.
Since then 2 bottles have broken.
The designs are colourful and appealing to children but the plastic is too thin and not durable.
The bottles I ordered haven’t even lasted a week. They are not drop proof. When they are for toddlers you would think they would be.
We have had two of these water bottles. The second one was bought to replace the first because my son loved the tractor design. Unfortunately, both bottles cracked the first time they were dropped by my 3 year old. Therefore I would not recommend this brand of water bottle and would advise parents to avoid buying them.
