I bought this to use when I'm in my office on Mondays for work as there isn't really the appropriate place to heat up food, which you need at the moment with how cold it's been. So impressed - really easy to use and cleans up exceptionally well, and keeps my soup nice and warm. I preheated it with hot water following the instructions for the flask at just before 7am, by the time it was lunch at 1pm it was still toasty warm and delicious!
